for your window needs. The window well system adds more natural light
than traditional window wells and MAR-FLEX Egress Window Wells feature a
built-in stair design which meets basement building codes for
below-grade living space egress and allows for easy emergency exit.

System Components
MAR-FLEX Egress Window Wells include a window well and hardware
installation kit; clear and frosted covers are available. All other
window wells are comprised of a window well and drain kit. MAR-FLEX
Window Wells are available in four colors: White, Evergreen, Sandstone
and Granite.
